I’m Melissa Triplett a money coach, kaleidoscope artist, and founder of The Kaleidoscope Within. For more than 25 years I’ve been immersed in the worlds of business, finance, neuroscience, and transformation. My path has stretched from accounting and an MBA, to deep study of NLP, polyvagal theory, energetics, and behavioral finance. Along the way I’ve guided hundreds of clients who thought they had a “money problem,” only to discover that money was simply magnifying something deeper … identity, safety, and self-worth.
What I’ve learned is this, you’re not broken, and you don’t need fixing. Growth happens when your dreams, values, priorities, and money come into alignment. That’s when choices feel clear, joy expands, and life becomes your own again.
The Kaleidoscope Within is where my two passions meet … the art of handcrafted kaleidoscopes and the art of inner transformation. Both remind us that tiny shifts in angle, light, and perspective change everything we see. Through workshops, retreats, and coaching, I let people explore that truth for themselves while also creating beautiful scopes as a living metaphor for change.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me out enjoying the blue skies and white fluffy clouds, snuggling pups, laughing with friends, or playing with fire and glass in the studio. Life is too short to wait for “someday.” I believe in enjoying it fully, right now.
